Family Engagement and Community Outreach (FCO) Department is an outgrowth of our East African COVID-19 Rapid Response Fund.  FCO is the vehicle through which EACS provides quality of life, housing and rental assistance, baby supplies and supports, and culturally appropriate food bags.  FCO also regularly connects with and engages East African families enrolled in EACS’ Ecosystems of Programs through our Community Centers in Seattle and SeaTac.
